Below, you’ll find a simple outline of the services I offer, click to read the description and determine in which option works best for you. Scroll past the services to read my FAQ’s.

Consultations take place remotely via Zoom video conference or via phone.

Giving back to my community is important to me! I donate 5% of my income to two of my favorite non profits – LymeLight Foundation and Nourishing Generations.

If you’d like to work with me but are unable to pay the full consultation price, please send me an email at [email protected] to inquire about sliding scale prices. I don’t want cost to be a barrier for people to receive nutritional support.

FAQ's

Why a three or six consultation package?

True recovery and long term lifestyle changes take time and commitment. It is very important to be realistic when incorporating new routines and not rush to make changes, doing so can be overwhelming and stressful, which is exactly what we don’t want! Clients dealing with chronic or significant health concerns usually need a minimum of 3-6 months to begin to notice positive changes. A three consultation package will last 3 weeks to 3 months and a six consultation package will last 6 weeks – 6 months, depending on how often we agree to meet.

What is the difference between a Certified Nutrition Consultant and Registered Dietician?

Nutrition Consultants posses extensive knowledge of how nutrition, supplements, biochemical balance, and lifestyle choices affect physical and mental health. They advise people how each of those can be managed to support optimal health and well-being

Registered Dietitians often follow institutional dietary recommendations such the USDA My Plate model (formerly The Food Pyramid), relying on recommendations from the national associations that generally reflect institutional application and commercial interests.

Do I need to take supplements?

I prefer to use food and/or lifestyle changes first – however there are times, such as a known deficiency, hormone dis-regulation, histamine issues, or digestive dysfunction, where supplements can make a dramatic difference. I use professional lines, not found a mainstream drugstores. These professional lines are often more potent, therefore you’ll need to take fewer pills to get the same results you’d get from a non professional brand. They are also formulated by doctors, scientists, and nutritionists. Another plus is they do not contain harmful artificial colors, flavors, or additives.
